We are in the Marche, more precisely near Mombaroccio, Medieval Village on the hills around Pesaro.
Ours is a border land, right in bewteen 4 Italian Regions (Marche, Toscana, Umbria and Romagna), and has been subject for centuries to several different influences. Such influences have modelled the arts, the architecture and the lifestyle itself, which may differ tremendously from one village to the next. The landscape also has its own peculiarity. You cannot find here the colors of the Tuscany countryside, or the Religiosity-redolent sites of Umbria, but our variety has few comparison around Italy.
Here in a few Kilometers you can move from beaches to 1500m high mountains, without forgetting that the majority of our sites are pretty much unknown to mass-tourism, and for this even more beautiful.
Also our location is strategical. We are in fact about 3 hours drive from Rome, Venice, Milan and Florence, so in ideal position to be used as "base camp" for the visit of all the Center of Italy.
Our trekking activity starts naturally from the Pesaro Province and the Marche, but it extends also to many other regions.
